This image is composed of a handful of photos I took while in Nicaragua. It was partly a reflection on the number of advertisements for US soft drink companies (everywhere you looked, you laid your eyes on them; see also Things Fall Apart) and partly a reflection on the old cathedral in Managua, heavily damaged by an earthquake in 1972 but still standing (despite the cracks and fractures throughout the structure).

1 I lift up my eyes to the hills? from where will my help come?
2 My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth.
3 He will not let your foot be moved; he who keeps you will not slumber.
